I was born in Canada and proudly come from Portuguese, Azorean roots. I’ve lived on three continents: North America, Asia, and Africa, and each place has shaped how I see motherhood, culture, and community.
Before this chapter, I worked as an Executive Director at a headhunting firm in Montreal specializing in finance and accounting, one step away from partner. I led marketing, events, sponsorships, staff, operations, and served on a nonprofit board supporting women and families.
I’ve also been a professional model in Asia and North America, sold my abstract art since age seven, hosted a comedy event during the Just for Laughs Festival, appeared in a lifestyle web series, co-founded a social media platform to combat cyberbullying, co-created a web app for authentic reviews, and contributed to a blockchain startup that developed its own cryptocurrency.
As a new mom in a new town, I noticed that Norwalk wasn’t being fully represented by existing Connecticut moms groups. I began sharing the amazing places and businesses in our area, and the community grew quickly. This initiative evolved into Best of CT Moms, which is now voted Best Influencer in Greenwich, CT, and is trusted by families across the state, especially Greenwich moms.
After moving to America, I became more conscious about clean, non-toxic living. I started making my own laundry detergent, face serums, dishwasher pods, toners, hand sanitizer, and fruit-and-veggie washes. Clean living became a lifestyle I naturally integrated into my content.
I’m honest and intentional with everything I share. I’ve never bought followers or likes. What you see here is real, earned, and rooted in community.

I’m honored to have been named Best Local Influencer by Greenwich Lifestyle Magazine and City Lifestyle. As a well-traveled Canadian who has lived on three continents, I bring a global perspective to everything I share while staying deeply connected to the Fairfield County community, especially to the wonderful Connecticut moms.
My audience, including many CT moms, values honesty, depth, and meaningful recommendations. I speak openly about motherhood, community, education, local businesses, and topics that Greenwich moms genuinely care about. I love discovering unique places, uplifting under-the-radar businesses, and organizing creative events that bring families and small businesses together.
Everything on this platform is built intentionally and organically. I’ve never purchased followers or likes; this community was built one real connection at a time.
Homeschool - Worldschool Mom
As a homeschool mom of two kids under 8, my passion for travel and cultural exploration shapes the way we learn. Together, we’ve explored Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, and Jamaica, using each experience to learn through food, culture, art, and history. I believe education doesn’t only happen at a desk. Immersing children in real-world environments makes learning come alive in a way they truly remember. Homeschooling gives us flexibility, allowing siblings of different ages to learn together while traveling. In Connecticut, homeschooling has evolved into a strong, collaborative community among Connecticut moms. Many families now create learning groups, co-ops, and hybrid models. In Fairfield County, I’m part of a growing community of Greenwich moms and like-minded parents who hire guides, share resources, and build meaningful social connections for our children.
