Best of CT Moms is an award-winning Instagram page, formerly known as Norwalk Moms. Voted Best Influencer in Greenwich, CT 2023 by Greenwich Lifestyle Magazine. Founded by Genie Morris in May 2020, shortly after becoming a new mom in a new town, Genie noticed that Norwalk wasn’t being fully represented by the local Connecticut mom groups. As she began discovering and sharing the amazing places, businesses, and experiences in Norwalk—and beyond—the community grew quickly. The name eventually evolved to Best of CT Moms to reflect her expanding reach across Connecticut and New York. Today, the page is a trusted resource for honest recommendations, family-friendly finds, and authentic content.

Homeschool - Worldschool mom
As a homeschool mom of two kids under 8, my passion for travel and cultural exploration drives our family's learning journey. Our kids have had the incredible opportunity to travel to destinations like Canada, America, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, France, Norway, Jamaica, and we’re excited to visit Asia soon.
By immersing ourselves in local cultures, food, and history, we make education come alive for our children. Homeschooling allows us the freedom to travel, with kids of different ages learning together. In Connecticut, homeschooling has evolved, with many parents creating learning pods to help children build lasting friendships and share educational resources.
